Minimum Order Requirements
A minimum of five (5) bags are required for any orders with logo screen printing option.

Price Quotes
All price quotes are good for 30 days from the date of issue. SumSports reserves the rights to correct any misprint on price quote issued. Misprinted price quotes will not be honored by SumSports; instead, a new price quote will be issued.

Completion and Delivery Date
We cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery; however, we will try our very best to accommodate your needs even if we have to work overtime. When an order is placed, we will inform you the estimated delivery date and will keep you posted by email at least once a week until the product is delivered. Our typical order without screen printing usually takes 10 business days for delivery, and our typical order with screen printing usually takes 20 business days for delivery. Remember, every order is different due to the many options we offer, therefore, the production period may vary between orders of the same quantity.

Payment Options
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Money Order, Check & Paypal. All orders must be paid in-full prior to the start of production. For payment in checks or money orders, please send your payment to: SumSports, 7 Sherman St, Charlestown, MA 02129. Once your payment is received and cleared, we will notify you by email.

Returns and Exchanges
Since our products are made-to-order, cancellations, changes or returns will NOT be accepted once we have begun production on your order. The production starts when your payment is received and paid in-full. Please review your order carefully before you place it.

We will repair any defective products within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of the defective product(s). SumSports will assume shipping cost for the repaired product(s). No defective claims will be honored by SumSports on used items, so please inspect all items before use.

Screen Printing Limitations
Screen printing requires an .EPS format of your logo. The max. printable area is 12" x 12" for Hockey bags and 12" x 8" for Lacrosse Bags.

Due to a limited number of colors available, the closest matching color will be used to print your logo. Please see our online color chart for all available colors.

Screen Printing Setup Fee
Each unique logo requires a one-time setup fee. This fee is required to make the screen necessary to print your logo. We can print any logo with up to four (4) different colors. The setup fee is based on the number of color in your logo.

One (1) color logo: $20
Two (2) color logo: $40
Three (3) color logo: $60
Four (4) color logo: $80

All screens will be discarded once the printing process is complete. Therefore, a setup fee is required again if future printing is needed.

Accuracy of Colors
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and/or graphics of our products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color and/or graphic will be accurate. The colors you see will depend on your monitor and may be different from the actual colors of our product. We will have no liability (whether for damages, return of merchandise for credit, or otherwise) as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and/or graphics displayed on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you.

Picture Gallery
Written permission has been obtained from each Customer by SumSports, in a form of an email, to allow SumSports to display images of products produced by SumSports. Images in the Picture Gallery may be removed if requested by the Customer.

Duties, Taxes and Licenses
All duties, taxes and licenses incurred while shopping at Sumsports.com are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sumsports.com cannot be held responsible (nor vouch) for any orders with pending taxes, duties or licenses.

Right to use Copyrights and Trademarks
You represent and warrant to Sumsports.com that you have the unrestricted right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property (“Material”) in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the products ordered by you. You warrant that, in obtaining the Material and submitting it to Sumsports.com for reproduction, you have not violated or infringed on any trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Sumsports.com, and its owners, directors, officers, employees and agents (“ SumSports Parties”) harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against or incurred by SumSports Parties by reason of breach of this warranty, and you agree to pay any judgment or settlement offer resulting from any suit, demand, or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by SumSports Parties in defending against any such suit, demand or claim.

The burden of determining that any Material is not protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary right rests with you. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses, except as may be permitted by copyright law, from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed by the use of any Material protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary right. To use any logo, trademark or copyrighted items, a customer must have written permission from the owner of the logo or trademark or copyright. A customer may not use any logo or other graphic material in a manner which may infringe copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary mark. A customer also may not use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner. We assume no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the customer may cause using a logo, trademark or copyrighted items. You agree to indemnify and hold SumSports Parties harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against or incurred by SumSports Parties by reason of the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to promotional merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through SumSports or SumSports.com.

Governing Law
The Site is created and controlled by Sumsports.com in the State of Massachusetts. The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will govern all terms, conditions and disclaimers on the Site, including this Agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
