How long does it take to make the bags?

It usually takes about 2 weeks for an order of 20-30 bags. If logo printing is required, it would take another 2 weeks - total of 4 weeks.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There's no minimum for non-logo printing orders.

However, a minimum of 5 bags is required for any order with logo printing.

Do you offer a volume discount?

Discounts are offered for large volume orders with 50 bags or more. If you are planning to order 50 bags or more, please contact us and ask for a volume discount.

Do you take returns?

Since our products are made-to-order, cancellations, changes or returns will NOT be accepted once we have begun production on your order. The production starts when your payment is received and paid in-full. Please review your order carefully before you place it.

How long is my price quote good for?

All price quotes are good for 30 days from the date of issue.

I have previously ordered from SumSports. A new member joined our team, can we order an additional bag? (Our bags have our logo printed on them)

There is a minimum of 5 bags for logo printed bags. However, if you have previously ordered from us, we would take an exception. Please note that a standard setup fee will be applied even if you are reordering one bag. This fee is required to make the screen necessary to print your logo. The setup fee is based on the number of color in your logo.

One (1) color logo: $20
Two (2) color logo: $40
Three (3) color logo: $60
Four (4) color logo: $80

All screens will be disgarded once the printing process is complete. Therefore, a setup fee is required again if future printing is needed.

I just placed my order with logo and embroidery option selected. How do I send you our logo and the player's names?

We will contact you via email to obtain all the necessary info shortly after your order is placed - usually within a day or two.
